We have been enjoying reading 'Stickman' as part of our Julia Donaldson topic!
We went to the woods to find 'the right kind of stick'.
Once we found our sticks we used them to attach other sticks, lollipop sticks, matchsticks, wool or paper to turn our stick into Stickman or his Stick Lady Love.

We had to find the best way of joining the resources as joining Sticks was tricky at times.
We experimented different ways of making legs and arms for the Stickman or Sticklady as well as eyes, mouth and hair.
