Poppy Sketches for Remembrance Day

As part of Grounds Week we sketched beautiful poppies in our Italian lessons with Mrs Pritchard.  We practised our sketching skills, focusing on detail, light and shade to make our drawings appear more lifelike.  We talked about the importance of Armistice Day, read some reflective poems and translated some short Italian texts into English.
